LIMA Estilo Nikkei was born in Buenos Aires in 2019, founded by three siblings
united by a shared passion for food, culture and the idea of
creating something meaningful together.
Inspired by Nikkei cuisine, LIMA brings together the intensity of Peruvian flavors and the precision of Japanese technique. Our cooking is guided by balance, respect for ingredients and a deep attention to detail; where fire, acidity, freshness and umami coexist in harmony.
One phrase came to define our spirit: “Muy bonito el bailecito.”
A simple expression that captures everything we believe in: the joyful exchange between Peru and Japan, the movement between two cultures, and the beauty that emerges when contrasts meet. More than a sign on our wall, it is our philosophy.
